To realize that in 2025 at least 25% of the professors is female, Erasmus University Rotterdam has launched an ambitious policy measure: the 25/25 initiative. With this initiative, the University will provide mentoring and support to female academics who aspire to become associate or full professor. 25/25 is open to Assistant and Associate Professors across all faculties at Erasmus University, including Erasmus MC.
